Fixings 
1 tbsp olive oil 

3 garlic cloves , minced 

1 onion , diced (darker, white, yellow) 

1 red capsicum (ringer pepper), diced 

1 lb/500g hamburger mince/ground meat 

3 tbsp tomato glue 

800g/28 oz can squashed tomato 

14 oz/420g can red kidney beans , depleted (or different beans) 

2 meat bouillon 3D squares , disintegrated (Note 1) 

1/2 tsp sugar (any sort) 

1/2 - 1/2 glasses/125 - 375 ml water 

Salt and pepper 

Bean stew Zest Blend: 

1 - 2 tsp cayenne pepper (conform to taste) (Note 2) 

4 tsp paprika powder 

5 tsp cumin powder 

2 tsp garlic powder (or onion powder) 

2 tsp onion powder 

2 tsp oregano 

TO SERVE 

Rice, corn chips, tortillas (Note 5 for additional) 

Harsh cream, yogurt, ground cheddar, coriander./cilantro (Note 6 for additional) 

Guidelines 
Warmth oil in an expansive skillet over medium high warmth. Include garlic and onion, cook for 1 minute, at that point include capsicum and cook for 2 minutes until onion is translucent.
