Fixings 
CHICKEN: 

600g/1.2 lb chicken thighs (4 - 5) , boneless skinless (or bosom or tenderloin, Note 1) 

1 tsp garlic powder 

Salt and pepper 

1 tbsp olive oil 

Sauce: 

1 expansive onion , cleaved 

300g/10oz mushrooms , cut (not very thin) 

40g/3 tbsp margarine 

2 tbsp flour (Note 2) 

2 glasses/500 ml hamburger soup/stock , salt decreased 

1 tbsp Dijon mustard 

2/3 glass (150g) acrid cream (or yogurt) 

SERVING: 

250 - 300 g/8 - 10 oz pasta or egg noodles of decision (Note 3) 

Slashed parsley or chives , for topping (discretionary) 

Directions 
Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder, salt and pepper on the two sides.
