Chinese Satay Chicken Sautéed food - This is the Chinese takeout adaptation of satay! Chicken sautéed in a satay sauce, this is produced using scratch and tastes extraordinary. Also, simple! 


Fixings 
Kneaded CHICKEN (CHINESE Eatery WAY) 

8 oz/250g chicken bosom 

1 tsp heating soft drink (bi carb soft drink) (discretionary) 

SATAY Flavoring 

1/2 tsp coriander powder 

1/2 tsp cumin powder 

1/4 tsp turmeric powder 

1/4 tsp bean stew powder (Not US Bean stew powder! See Note 1) 

1/2 tsp Curry Powder (Note 2) 

1/2 tsp salt 

1/4 tsp white pepper 

SATAY SAUCE 

1/2 tbsp smooth nutty spread 

2 tsp dark colored sugar 

1 tsp light soy sauce (Note 3) 

2 tsp rice vinegar 

2 tsp Sriracha (or other hot sauce) 

1/2 tsp lemongrass glue (Note 4) 

1/3 container coconut milk (full fat) 

1/4 container water 

Pan fried food 

1 tbsp nut oil (or other plain oil) 

1 onion , finely hacked 

2 garlic cloves , minced 

Shallots/scallions , cut (discretionary trimming) 

Directions 
Soften CHICKEN (Discretionary)
