Fixings 
4 salmon filets , 180g/6oz each, skinless and boneless 

1 tsp olive oil 

50 g/3.5 tbsp spread , salted 

1 huge garlic clove , finely cleaved 

2 ½ tbsp nectar 

2 tbsp lemon juice , new 

Flavoring: 

3 tbsp flour 

1 tsp paprika 

½ tsp garlic powder 

½ tsp mustard powder (not basic) 

1/2 tsp salt 

½ tsp dark pepper 

Trimmings (Discretionary): 

Finely hacked parsley or chives 

Lemon cuts 

Directions 
Spot the Flavoring fixings in a little dish and blend. 

Coat salmon in the Flavoring, shaking off overabundance well. 

Spot oil and around 1 tsp of the spread in a huge non stick skillet over medium high warmth. When the spread is softened, include the salmon. 

Cook salmon for 3 minutes, or until it's a wonderful bronzed brilliant darker. Turn and cook for 1 minute. 

Include remaining margarine, garlic and nectar. Whirl the blend around the container as the margarine liquefies. 

Stew for 1 minute - the nectar spread blend will begin to bubble like caramel and turn brilliant. Include lemon juice, shake dish to scatter. Taste sauce – alter salt, pepper and lemon to taste. 

Turn salmon over to coat in the sauce, at that point expel from warmth quickly. Spot salmon on plates and sprinkle over sauce. Topping with parsley and crisp lemon, whenever wanted
