Prawn Mango and Avocado Plate of mixed greens with Noodles 

This Prawn Mango and Avocado Plate of mixed greens with Noodles is ideal for mild summer days. Sprinkled with an astounding Lime Sweet Stew Dressing, this is an incredible no-cook dinner! This formula serves 2 and it is sufficient for a feast (see Nourishment ones). 


Fixings 
90 g/3 oz dried vermicelli noodles 

12 - 16 vast cooked prawns (shrimp), stripped (enough for 2 individuals) 

8 - 10 delicate lettuce leaves , around 15 cm/6" rounds (Note 1) 

1 medium mango , ready, cut into 1.5 cm/3/5" pieces (Note 2) 

1 medium avocado , cut into 1.5 cm/3/5" pieces (Note 2) 

1/4 red onion , finely diced 

DRESSING: 

2 1/2 tbsp Sweet Bean stew Sauce (locally acquired) 

4 tbsp lime juice (or 2 1/2 tsp rice vinegar or juice vinegar) 

2 1/2 tbsp olive oil 

1 little garlic clove , minced 

1/2 tsp sugar 

Salt and pepper 

1/2 tbsp finely hacked coriander/cilantro 

Directions 
Absorb vermicelli noodles newly bubbled water, per parcel headings. Channel at that point put aside to cool. 

Spot Dressing fixings aside from coriander in a bowl. Whisk well. Mix through coriander. Change salt and pepper to taste.

Formula Notes: 
1. You can utilize any sort of lettuce abandons you need. Both of these are "Living Lettuce" sold at markets here in Australia (for example with the roots).
