2 garlic cloves , minced

500g/1 lb ground meat/mince

CHICKEN FILLING: 

2 1/2 tbsp olive oil 

500 g/1 lb chicken thighs , skinless boneless (Note 2) 

2 garlic cloves , minced 

1 little onion , quartered and cut 

1 little red capsicum/chime pepper , diced 

VEGETABLE FILLING: 

2 tbsp vegetable oil 

1 onion , diced 

2 cloves garlic , minced 

1 container of dark beans, depleted (400g/14oz) 

1 capsicum/chime pepper , diced (any shading) 

1 container corn (canned depleted or solidified defrosted) 

1/4 container tomato glue 

1/4 container/65 ml water 

Directions 
QUESADILLAS 

Spot tortilla on work surface. Sprinkle one side with a touch of cheddar, top with Filling of Decision. Sprinkle with corn*, coriander and best with cheddar. Overlay down the middle. 

Preheat skillet over low warmth (no oil). Spot quesadilla in skillet, push down delicately, spread with cover. Cook for 4 minutes until underside is overly brilliant dark colored and fresh.

Zest Blend:
