Directions
Puree the raspberries in a nourishment processor.

Utilize a work strainer to strain the raspberry puree and expel all seeds.

Include this seedless raspberry puree and sugar in a pot and cook on medium warmth until you have a thick "syrup-like" consistency.

While the puree is cooking, include gelatin and water (or lemon juice) in a little bowl and let it sit for around 2 minutes until you end up with a "gel-like" blend.

Presently, empty the gelatin blend into the raspberry blend and blend until altogether consolidated.

We should assemble everything now... Cut out little square brownie pieces and place them at the base of your serving container. Utilize the back of a spoon to press the brownie pieces down at the base of the container.

Spoon the raspberry mousse over the brownie, leaving around a 1 inch hole at the best.

Cover the serving container with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 5-6 hours until the mousse sets.

Before serving, spread a couple of teaspoons of raspberry stick or protect over the mousse. Finish it off with crisp raspberries and destroyed white chocolate.
