Fixings 
1 lb chicken thighs cut into 3D shapes 

1 tbsp soy sauce 

2 tbsp cornstarch 

1/3 c lemon juice 

3 tbsp sugar 

1/2 c water 

2 tsp cornstarch 

1 tsp lemon get-up-and-go 

1/4 c flour 

1/2 c cornstarch 

oil for searing 

Directions 
Include soy sauce and the 2 tbsp cornstarch to your chicken in a bowl and cover with cling wrap. 

Let marinate for 30 minutes. 

While the chicken is marinating include the lemon juice, sugar, water, 2 tsp cornstarch and lemon pizzazz to a little bowl and blend; put aside. 

Include the flour and 1/2 c cornstarch to the bowl of chicken and hurl to coat. 

In a pot with oil around three inches down, warm on medium high to 350 degrees. 

Include the chicken in clusters so you don't swarm the pot or the chicken will stick together and it will bring down the temperature fundamentally making your chicken be sleek. 

Cook chicken until brilliant darker and when cooked, exchange the pieces to a skillet (this is the place we will hurl with the sauce).
