Fixings
Snickerdoodle Cookies
1 glass Butter Unsalted
3/4 glasses Granulated sugar
1/2 glass Brown sugar
1 Egg Large
1 Egg yolk From expansive egg
2 3/4 glasses All-reason flour
1.5 tsp Cinnamon powder
2 tsp Cream of tartar
1 tsp Baking soft drink
1/2 tsp Salt
Cinnamon Sugar Topping
1 glass Granulated sugar
2 tbsp Cinnamon powder More or less, contingent upon your inclination
Filling
22 Soft caramel confections
Guidelines
In a blending bowl, cream together the margarine, granulated sugar and darker sugar.
Include the egg and egg yolk and blend until completely joined.
Dump this dry blend into the wet blend and blend until simply joined. Don't over-blend!
In a different bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon powder, cream of tartar, preparing soft drink and salt.
Chill this batter for something like a hour so it's less demanding to deal with.
Scoop out little segments of the mixture and shape them into little balls. Straighten them on the palm of your hands and place a caramel in the middle. At that point, fold them into a ball shapes once more.
In a little bowl, join cinnamon and sugar.
Roll the treat mixture balls in this bowl of cinnamon sugar. Place them on a treat plate, fixed with material paper. In the event that you like, you can level them somewhat with the palm of your hands (results in more slender treats).
Heat at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are firm and brilliant dark colored and the focuses are somewhat delicate.
