PEPPERMINT COOKIES
Delicious and healthy family choice special food

Snappy and simple white chocolate peppermint treats formula, produced using scratch with straightforward fixings. Firm and crackly outwardly, chewy within.
Fixings
1 glass Butter Unsalted, Room temperature
1¼ glasses Granulated sugar
3 Egg yolks Large
1 tsp Peppermint separate
Pink gel shading
2½ glasses All-reason flour
1 tsp Baking soft drink
½ tsp Cream of tartar
1 glass Granulated sugar For moving treat batter balls
1 container White chocolate Melted
1/2 container Candy sticks Crushed
Directions
In a blending bowl, cream together spread and sugar until light and fleecy.
Include egg yolks, peppermint concentrate and pink gel shading and blend until smooth.
In a different bowl, whisk together the flour, preparing soft drink and cream of tartar.
Dump this dry blend into the wet blend and blend until simply consolidated.
Scoop out little segments of the batter and make little balls. Move them in granulated sugar and place on a treat plate, fixed with material paper.
Heat at 350 degrees for around 15 minutes or until the edges are firm.
Enable the treats to chill off totally.
At that point, plunge every treat in dissolved white chocolate and place on a treat plate, fixed with wax paper.
Hurl some pulverized sweet sticks over every treat and let the chocolate set (takes around 15 minutes). Appreciate!
