Moroccan Sheep Meatballs

Fixings 
MEATBALLS: 

1 lb/500 g sheep mince (ground sheep) (Note 1) 

1 little onion, ground (~1/2 glass, including juices) 

1/2 glass breadcrumbs, I use panko 

1 egg 

2 cloves garlic, squashed 

1/4 glass coriander/cilantro leaves and stems, finely slashed 

1 tsp Every cumin, coriander, paprika (any, I like smoked) 

1/2 tsp Every cinnamon, cayenne pepper (include more for zesty) 

1/2 tsp salt 

Dark pepper 

1 tbsp olive oil 

Printed Yogurt SAUCE: 

1 container plain yogurt (I utilize Greek) 

1 clove garlic, pulverized 

2 tbsp new mint, finely cleaved (or 1 tbsp dried mint) 

Press of lemon juice 

Salt and pepper, to taste 

TO Fill in AS POCKETS: 

4 flatbreads Lebanese or pita bread 

Destroyed Red Cabbage, Carrot and Mint Plate of mixed greens OR lettuce leaves/tomato cuts/finely cut red onion 

Progressively mint and coriander/cilantro discretionary for embellishment

Blend Stamped Yogurt Sauce fixings in a bowl. Put aside for 20 + minutes.
