#Schnitzel! 

Brilliant dark colored and additional crunchy schnitzel. No compelling reason to profound sear, simply shallow broil it. Make schnitzel with pork, chicken, veal or turkey! These are very huge - around 22 cm/9" long, yet they are flimsy.

There is nothing very like a naturally made schnitzel. Additional crunchy and brilliant, make this with pork, chicken, veal or turkey. 


Fixings 
Pick ONE OF THESE: 

600g/1.2 lb boneless pork (4 steaks/boneless hacks, around 150 g/5 oz each) 

600g/1.2 lb extensive chicken bosoms (2 pieces,300g/10 oz each) 

600g/1.2 lb veal steaks (4 pieces, 150g/5 oz each) 

600g/1.2 lb turkey bosom cutlets (4 pre cut pieces, 150g/5 oz each) 

SCHNITZEL: 

Salt and pepper 

3/4 container flour 

2 eggs 

1/2 mugs panko breadcrumbs (Note 1) 

Oil for fricasseeing (canola, vegetable) 

Directions 
Chicken bosom prep: cut down the middle on a level plane to make two steaks.
